Royal Cargo is expanding its contract logistics footprint with a new dry warehouse in Tunasan, Muntinlupa City.
The facility’s operational transition commenced on November 1, 2025, and the site is scheduled to achieve full operational status by December 15, the specialized logistics solutions provider said in a statement.
The warehouse is situated within Filipinas Benson Industrial Development along E. Rodriguez Avenue — a strategic logistics zone offering quick access to Metro Manila and Southern Luzon.
The Tunasan warehouse spans 12,350 square meters (sqm) of covered space and an additional 1,877 sqm of open area. Designed for efficient operations, it accommodates various truck sizes to ensure smooth loading, unloading, and delivery. It also has a storage capacity of 14,000 pallet positions and is equipped to handle a broad range of dry goods and consumer products.
“Our Tunasan site is a strategic addition to our Contract Logistics network,” said Harold Holt, Royal Cargo vice president for contract logistics-dry & cold.
“It’s accessibility via SLEX [South Luzon Expressway], MCX [Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway], Skyway, and the Manila North Road through East Service Road allows us to efficiently serve clients across Central, West, and Southern Manila, as well as in Northern Laguna and Eastern Cavite. Its proximity to seaports and airports also ensures faster turnaround and improved service levels for our customers,” Holt added.
Royal Cargo said the facility can cater to clients’ diverse storage and distribution needs across key industries, including food and beverages, HORECA (hotel, restaurant, café/catering), automotive, home and personal care, lubricants and additives, and electronics.
Royal Cargo said the opening of the Tunasan site underscores its ongoing commitment to strengthening its contract logistics network nationwide, which currently includes facilities in Alabang (Km. 23), Subic, Laguna (Printwell), and Cordova (Cebu).
