ID-10047857THE shake-up in the Bureau of Customs has not yet ended.

Ten customs officials have been detailed to the Customs Policy Research Office (CPRO), a unit under the Department of Finance while six have been moved from the finance department to the customs agency.

In Customs Personnel Order 02-2014 directing the latest personnel movement, 10 customs staff were detailed to the CPRO while six were moved from the Office of Revenue Agency Modernization (ORAM), also under DOF, to the BOC.

Meanwhile, the following custom staff have been designated as officers-in -charge: Cecile Marie Soriano, Financial Service, Revenue Collection and Monitoring Group; Dimpna Lejos, Administration Office, Internal Administration Group (IAG); and Belma Martinez, Financial Management Office, IAG.

The orders were issued by Customs Commissioner John Phillip Sevilla and approved by Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima. –– Roumina M. Pablo
