Philippine transport and logistics provider 2GO Group Inc. and FarEye, a global leader in last-mile transportation management system, marked five years of partnership as of end-2025 with more than 150 million shipments across the country.

Through collaboration, FarEye’s platform has led 2GO to a 35% increase in cargo capacity, new route expansions  and improved trade movement across key regions.

“Our partnership with FarEye has been instrumental in modernizing 2GO’s nationwide logistics network,” 2GO chief operating and financial officer Will Howell said in a statement.

“What began as a simple need to digitize the basics has grown into a collaborative effort to build an AI (artificial intelligence)-enabled operation that performs consistently at national scale,” he added.

2GO said the partnership with FarEye has strengthened their delivery operation’s reliability and predictability.

Our partnership with 2GO shows how reliable logistics strengthens regional commerce and business growth. 2GO’s deep operational footprint and FarEye’s platform intelligence, has helped stabilize nationwide operations and set a benchmark for multimodal logistics in the Philippines,” said Gautam Kumar, COO and co-founder of FarEye.

With FarEye, 2GO used an AI-enabled routing and navigation that supported more efficient travel time and fuel use, resulting to a 91% First Attempt Delivery Rate.

Other improvements involved automated workflows that reduced repetitive manual tasks, improved cross-dock accuracy, and enabled the handling of greater shipment volumes compared to the first year of go-live, ensuring the network remains stable even during peak loads.

FarEye’s system also provided  end-to-end visibility and control across land, air, and sea.

With improved multimodal visibility, unified dashboards and real-time estimated time of arrival, 2GO was able to strengthen cross-dock and mid-mile operations. This has also meant fewer loss or damage claims, faster issue resolution and a more reliable experience for B2B, B2C and C2C customers, the company said.

“As we look ahead, we will continue strengthening this partnership to bring more automation, intelligence and transparency to the customers we serve,” Howell said.

Kumar, for his part, said the “next chapter is about co-creating more AI-led intelligence and building the future of delivery experience together.”
