2GO Group has joined the Tank Container Development Alliance (TCDA) as its official Philippine partner, strengthening its international logistics footprint.
As the country’s pioneer in local ISO tank logistics with both import and export capabilities, 2GO said its membership in the TCDA underscores its commitment to finding new opportunities to enhance connectivity and reliability across all its ports of call.
TCDA, an Asia-based industry platform established in 2014, has grown into a premier third-party service network for tank container enterprises. It currently counts over 200 members across 14 countries, including China, Singapore, India, and Canada, spanning sectors such as manufacturing, leasing, forwarding, depot services, and inspection.
“This milestone marks a significant step forward in expanding 2GO’s network and enhancing its presence in the global logistics market,” the company said in a statement.
The partnership is expected to enhance 2GO’s access to specialized networking, training, and business development programs organized by TCDA, including member salons, industry conferences, and targeted customer engagement platforms.
2GO Group, a portfolio company of SM Investments Corp., operates through several business units – 2GO Sea Solutions, 2GO Special Containers and Value-Added Services, 2GO Forwarding, 2GO Logistics, 2GO Express, 2GO Travel, and 2GO Retail – offering end-to-end supply chain services.
