The government has been positioning CRK as a logistics hub in Central Luzon.

Last year, Clark International Airport Authority (CIAC) launched Clark Aviation Capital, which transforms some 2,367 hectares of prime government-owned around CRK into a dedicated aviation-focused business hub.
