AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) subsidiaries acquired two logistics parks in Pangasinan and Iloilo, increasing the group’s dry and cold storage capacities and presence in key regional hubs.
3M Pangasinan located in Barangay Catbalan, Urdaneta City and 3M Iloilo located in in Barangay Lupa, Santa Barbara are equipped with cold storage facilities which will operate as Artico Urdaneta and Artico Iloilo.
The two properties, acquired from 3M Properties, are the sixth and seventh additions to ALLHC’s Artico cold chain brand, ALLHC said in a regulatory disclosure.
The properties have a total capacity of 11,200 pallet positions, bringing ALLHC’s total cold storage capacity to 31,500 pallet positions.
Artico Urdaneta, accessible via Urdaneta-Mapandan Road and MacArthur Highway, features 7,400 pallet positions across 15 cold rooms, while Artico Iloilo, with direct connectivity via the Iloilo-Sta. Barbara Road, provides 3,800 pallet positions across eight cold rooms.
Both are registered with the National Meat Inspection Service, Bureau of Plant Industry, and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.
“This acquisition is a significant step in our ongoing effort to expand ALLHC’s logistics footprint across the country,” ALLHC president and chief executive officer Robert Lao said.
“With the addition of Artico Urdaneta and Artico Iloilo, we are strengthening our ability to support businesses in key regional hubs,” Lao added.
The acquisition also expands ALLHC’s ALogis portfolio, adding over 15,000 square meters (sqm) of gross leasable area (GLA) and bringing its dry storage total GLA to approximately 355,000 sqm. ALLHC noted that both facilities cater to businesses in need of both temperature-controlled and dry storage solutions, particularly in Pangasinan and Iloilo—two regions known for their seafood and agricultural industries.
3M Properties owner Jimmy Tan said they are “pleased to partner with ALLHC, knowing that these facilities will remain essential to businesses in Pangasinan and Iloilo.”
“With ALLHC’s expertise, these properties will continue to play a vital role in regional economic growth,” Tan said.
For 2025, ALLHC earlier said it will augment its growth by increasing its industrial park footprint with expansions for its existing technoparks. ALLHC likewise expects warehouse leasing and cold storage segments to grow with the addition of new sites and facilities to their portfolio.
A subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc., ALLHC has principal business interests in holding companies, commercial leasing, industrial lot sales and development, and retail electricity supply.
