AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) is expanding its footprint in Southern Luzon with the launch of new phases in Cavite Technopark and Batangas Technopark.

Robert S. Lao, President and CEO of ALLHC, said: “These expansions represent ALLHC’s commitment to support economic progress across the region. By opening new phases in Cavite and Batangas Technoparks, we are creating more opportunities for enterprises to set up operations, generate employment, and contribute to local and national growth.”

Located in Naic, Cavite, the Cavite Technopark introduced Phase 2B, covering 20.2 hectares and offering 14 non-PEZA industrial lots. Land development works are targeted for completion by the fourth quarter of 2026.

ALLHC is also opening Phase 2 of Batangas Technopark located in Padre Garcia. It adds 20.6 hectares with 38 industrial lots, registered with the Board of Investments (BOI). This expansion increases the total park area to 75.6 hectares, with completion of land development targeted for the third quarter of 2026.

Launched in 2015 with an initial 118 hectares, Cavite Technopark now spans 183.6 hectares, designed for light and medium, non-polluting industries from both local and international markets.

It is already home to two ALogis warehouse complexes and a build-to-suit facility for a retailer.

Located along Governor’s Drive, Cavite Technopark is just 10 minutes from the Cavite Gateway Terminal and will be further enhanced by infrastructure projects such as the Cavite-Laguna Expressway, CAVITEX extension, and Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway. Future developments like Sangley Airport and the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge will make the park more accessible to Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

“We continue to see strong demand from both local and international locators looking for accessible and sustainable industrial spaces. The new phase of Cavite Technopark allows us to meet this demand, offering companies an ideal location with excellent connectivity and support services,” said Patrick C. Avila, COO of ALLHC.

The Batangas technopark’s first phase spans 55 hectares and features a mixed-use development with amenities such as a bagsakan center, retail outlets, and a gas station. Sustainability practices are also integrated, with wide sidewalks for pedestrian mobility, native tree planting, and detention ponds that help strengthen resilience against geohazards.

Located along Tiaong-Lipa Road, Batangas Technopark is accessible via SLEX–STAR Tollway through the Lipa-Tambo exit. It will benefit from upcoming infrastructure projects like the Lipa-Padre Garcia Bypass Road and SLEX TR4. Batangas Technopark’s accessibility is further enhanced by its proximity to key gateways: just 33 km from Batangas Port, 88 km from Makati, and 86 km from NAIA.

The expansion of Cavite and Batangas Technoparks is aligned with ALLHC’s mission to support both business growth and community development.
