  • Only one of 10 seized luxury vehicles was sold at the Bureau of Custom’s auction on February 11
  • The Discaya couple’s Rolls-Royce Cullinan fetched P29.03 million, barely above the floor price
  • Eight of the auctioned vehicles are linked to the controversial contractor couple Discaya
  • Two prior auctions for the Cullinan failed

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) on Wednesday sold only one of 10 seized luxury vehicles put up for public auction, with a Rolls-Royce Cullinan previously owned by controversial contractor couple Cezarah “Sarah” and Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya fetching P29,026,000.

The winning bid, submitted by Igorot Stone Kingdom, represented by its founder Pio Velasco, was just marginally higher than the vehicle’s floor price of P29,025,132.58. The Cullinan had previously undergone a failed auction.

Velasco told the media that his company bought the Rolls-Royce  for its “historical significance.”

Eight of the 10 vehicles, including the Rolls-Royce, put on offer are linked to the Discaya couple who are now facing charges relating to allegedly anomalous flood-control projects.

The other two cars were owned by foreign nationals.

The BOC said the auction generated total revenue of P29,042,150, inclusive of bidder registration fees.

  • 2022 GMC Yukon Denali – P6,759,673.35
  • 2021 Cadillac Escalade – P7,747,289.21

  • 2022 Bentley Bentayga – P11,103,040.30
  • a blue 2017 Bugatti Chiron – approximately P149.95 million
  • a red 2019 Bugatti Chiron – approximately P160.43 million

Television host Willie Revillame, through an authorized representative, participated in the auction for the confiscated vehicles.

During the first auction in November 2025, the BOC raised P38.2 million from the sale of three luxury vehicles seized from the Discaya couple, part of a broader pool of assets linked to alleged irregularities in flood control projects.

That sale, held on November 20 at South Harbor in Manila, saw Simplex Industrial Corporation acquire a 2019 Mercedes-Benz G500 Brabus for P15.5 million and a 2022 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG for P15.6 million, while Lesentrell Jewelries purchased a 2021 Lincoln Navigator L for P7.1 million.

The vehicles are part of a larger collection seized from the Discayas, representing less than half of the 28 cars Sarah Discaya acknowledged owning during a Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing.
