The auction was conducted through sealed public bidding at the Situation Room, Ground Floor, OCOM Building, Port Area, Manila. Public viewing for interested bidders was held from February 19 to 23.

Under sealed bidding procedures, prospective buyers submit sealed offers, which are opened at a specified time and place indicated in the Invitation to Bid.

The Disposal Committee evaluates the tenders and awards the units to the highest-compliant bidders.

The auction forms part of the bureau’s ongoing disposal of seized goods aimed at generating revenue while clearing storage facilities of forfeited assets.
