BOC Cebu port exceeds Jan revenue target by 4%

  • The Bureau of Customs-Port of Cebu exceeded its January revenue target by 4.07%
  • The port took in P3.495 billion against its goal of P3.358 billion
  • The sub-port of Mactan contributed to the total collection by bringing in P156.499 million, 24.7% more than its target of P125.500 million

The Bureau of Customs (BOC)-Port of Cebu exceeded its January revenue target by 4.07% taking in P3.495 billion against its goal of P3.358 billion.

Contributing to the total collection target is the sub-port of Mactan, which brought in P156.499 million, 24.7% more than its target of P125.50 million or by P30.999 million.

“This performance reflects the diligence of our customs officers and faithful compliance of our stakeholders. Together with district collector Atty. Ricardo Uy Morales II, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to each member of our team for their unwavering commitment and exemplary dedication and my sincere appreciation to our stakeholders in reaching this feat,” said sub-port of Mactan collector Gerardo Campo.

He affirmed the sub-port’s commitment to further enhancing revenue collection and operational efficiency, aiming to elevate standards in service and professionalism.
