The Bureau of Customs (BOC) is seeing a number of personnel changes.
The latest personnel movements are contained in various customs personnel orders signed on July 31 by Customs Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno and Finance Secretary Ralph Recto.
These are the new appointments:
- Carmelita Talusan – appointed district collector, Port of Batangas
- Atty Noah Dimaporo – now with the Office of the Commissioner (from district collector, Port of Batangas)
- Atty Kriden Balgomera – district collector, Port of San Fernando (from acting district collector, Port of Limay).
- Segundo Sigmundfreud Barte Jr. – OCOM (from district collector, Port of San Fernando)
- Ciriaco Ugay – deputy collector for assessment, Port of Cagayan de Oro (from district collector, Port of Iloilo)
- Atty Noli Santua, Jr. – acting district collector, Port of Iloilo (from deputy collector for Operations, Port of Batangas).
- Atty Giovanni Ferdinand Leynes – chief of the Customs Operations Center at the OCOM (from deputy collector for operations, Port of Davao)
- Jonah Herbert Dollano – sub-port Collector, sub-port of Dumaguete (from acting district collector, Surigao port)
