The Bureau of Customs (BOC) has reshuffled district collectors in six ports and appointed a new head of the X-Ray Inspection Project (XIP) under the Intelligence Group.
Under Customs Personnel Order No. 8-145-2023 dated August 3, the following were reassigned:
- Ricardo Morales II, from district collector of the Port of Clark to district collector of Port of Cebu
- Erastus Sandino Austria from district collector of Cagayan de Oro port to district collector of Port of Clark
- Carmelita Talusan from district collector of the Port of Subic to head of the XIP
- Maritess Martin from district collector of the Port of Manila to district collector of the Port of Davao
- Alexandra Lumontad from district collector of Limay port to district collector of Cagayan de Oro port
- Guillermo Pedro Francia IV from acting district collector of the Port of Davao to acting district collector of Limay port.
- Giovanni Imaysay from head of XIP to district collector of the Port of Iloilo
