Auction to be held at the BOC-OCOM Building Situation Room
The Bureau of Customs-Port of Manila (BOC-POM) will auction off on February 11 ten luxury vehicles, including eight units seized from the Discaya family.
The Discaya vehicles comprise a 2024 Lincoln Navigator, 2022 GMC Yukon Denali, 2021 Cadillac Escalade, 2022 Maserati Levante Modena, 2022 GMC Yukon XL Denali, 2022 Cadillac Escalade ESV, 2023 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, 2022 Bentley Bentayga. Two Bugatti Chirons (blue 2017 and red 2019) will also be auctioned off.
The auction is scheduled at 10 am at the Situation Room on the ground floor of the OCOM Building, Bureau of Customs, Port Area, Manila, the BOC announced on its Facebook page.
BOC-POM said public viewing is on February 5 and 6 at the BOC-POM Grounds.
Details on registration requirements and auction guidelines are available through the agency’s official auction notice posted on the Bureau of Customs website.
During the first auction in November 2025, the BOC raised P38.2 million from three luxury vehicles seized from the Discaya couple, part of a larger batch of assets linked to corruption allegations in flood control projects.
The sale, held last November 20 at South Harbor, Port Area, Manila, saw Simplex Industrial Corporation acquire a 2019 Mercedes-Benz G500 Brabus for P15.5 million and a 2022 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG for P15.6 million. Lesentrell Jewelries purchased a 2021 Lincoln Navigator L for P7.1 million.
Of the 13 vehicles confiscated, seven were offered at auction. Four high-end units, a 2023 Rolls-Royce Cullinan (P45.3 million floor price), 2023 Toyota Sequoia (P7.26 million), 2022 Toyota Tundra ({4.99 million), and 2022 Bentley Bentayga (P17.31 million) failed to attract qualified bids.
The vehicles form part of a larger collection seized from the Discayas, representing less than half of the 28 cars Sarah Discaya admitted owning during a Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing.
