The Bureau of Customs-Port of Manila (BOC-POM) is set to auction seven luxury vehicles seized from the Discaya family, with the public bidding scheduled for November 17.
The high-end vehicles up for auction include a Toyota Tundra (2022), Toyota Sequoia (2023), Rolls-Royce Cullinan (2023), Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG (2022), Mercedes-Benz G500 (2019, Brabus), Lincoln Navigator L (2021), and Bentley Bentayga (2022).
The sealed bidding will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Situation Room, Ground Floor, OCOM Building, Port Area, Manila. A public viewing period for interested bidders will take place from November 10 to 12 at the PUC Parking Area, OCOM Grounds.

The BOC earlier estimated that the upcoming auction could generate up to P200 million in additional revenue for the national treasury, earmarked for government projects.

The seven vehicles set for bidding are part of a larger batch of 13 luxury cars seized from the Discaya family, less than half of the 28 units Sarah Discaya acknowledged owning during a Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing on alleged corruption in flood control programs.

In 2024, the Bureau generated P172.019 million in revenue from public auctions, contributing to its overall collection of P931.046 billion for the year.
The auction forms part of BOC’s commitment to uphold transparency and maximize government recovery from seized and abandoned goods, in accordance with the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act and Customs Administrative Order No. 03-2020.
The process is conducted by the BOC Auction Committee, often in the presence of Commission on Audit representatives to ensure integrity and accountability.
