Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) remains operational to service sweeper and cargo flights while all domestic and international flights are suspended.

Philippine carriers have suspended both their domestic and international flights until May 15 following extension of the enhanced community quarantine. Flights of international carriers also remain suspended.

In an advisory, MCIA said it remains operational to ensure unhampered operation of cargo flights as well as sweeper flights arranged by foreign embassies for stranded foreign nationals.

In earlier advisories, Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines announced they will continue to support the movement of vital goods, medicines, personal protective equipment, and to sustain critical supply chains across the Philippines.

MCIA asked affected passengers to coordinate with their respective airlines for updates on travel schedule and ticket rebooking/refund.
