Cebu Pacific is expanding its Iloilo flight network to enhance connectivity for passengers in the Visayas.
The airline announced it will resume flights between Iloilo and Tacloban and launch new routes to Zamboanga in October.
Starting October 27, Cebu Pacific will offer four weekly flights between Iloilo and Tacloban, operating on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The next day, it will begin thrice-weekly flights to Zamboanga on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
In addition, Cebu Pacific plans to launch flights from Iloilo to Hong Kong four times a week starting October 27 and to Singapore three times a week beginning November 25.
The airline currently operates flights from Iloilo to Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Clark, Davao, General Santos City, Manila, and Puerto Princesa.

To further strengthen its presence in the Visayas, Cebu Pacific will introduce direct flights from Cebu to Don Mueang, Thailand, and Osaka, Japan, in October. It will also start weekly flights between Cebu and San Vicente, Palawan, and launch a Cebu-Masbate route.
Alexander Lao, CEB president and chief commercial officer, said the expansion is part of the airline’s strategy to meet growing travel demand in Iloilo and widen its domestic reach.
“The addition of our new domestic routes from Iloilo aligns with the mission of making air travel accessible to a wider range of passengers,” he said.
The airline aims to transport 24 million passengers in 2024, surpassing its pre-pandemic record of 22.47 million.
