Cebu Pacific is transferring more turboprop aircraft operations from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) to Clark International Airport (CRK).

Effective October 26, 2025, two flights to and from Manila to Naga Airport (Camarines Sur) and San Jose Airport (Mindoro) will relocate to CRK, the low-cost carrier said in a statement.

As a result of the transfer, direct flights between Manila and Naga will now operate only once daily from the previous twice daily. All direct flights to San Jose, meanwhile, will now depart from and arrive in CRK.

From August 28 to 31, passengers may book flights from CRK to Naga and San Jose for as low as P1 one-way base fare, exclusive of fees and surcharges, with travel period until March 31, 2026.

The transfer is in compliance with the Department of Transportation’s Manila Slot Coordination Committee resolution issued on December 3, 2024 to gradually transfer some turboprop operations out of NAIA to secondary gateways, including CRK, starting March 2025 to help decongest the country’s main gateway.

Cebu Pacific had already transferred flights to Masbate and Siargao to CRK last March.

Cebu Pacific said it recognizes the importance of managing airport capacity effectively, which will lead to improved passenger experience and greater public convenience.

Passengers affected by the transfer will be notified in the coming days and will also be provided with options of free rebooking, travel fund, or full refund.

AirSwift, now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cebu Pacific, will continue to operate at NAIA Terminal 2 until March 2026.
