Cebu Pacific and its wholly-owned subsidiary AirSwift are transferring the last batch of turboprop operations from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) to Clark International Airport (CRK) on March 29, 2026.

The move, which started in March 2025, is the final phase of transfers in compliance with the Department of Transportation’s Manila Slot Coordination Committee (MSCC) resolution that ordered the gradual transfer of turboprop operations out of NAIA to secondary airports, including CRK, to help decongest the country’s main gateway.

Cebu Pacific noted that the original deadline for the full transfer was October 26, 2025 under the MSCC resolution issued on December 3, 2024, but it was amended on July 29, 2025, extending the phaseout to March 29, 2026.

Coron (Busuanga) flights and more Naga flights operated by Cebgo in NAIA will be transferred to CRK effective March 29. For AirSwift, its El Nido flights will be moved to CRK from NAIA Terminal 2.

Affected passengers will be automatically transferred to a new flight from CRK. Should passengers prefer a different arrangement, the airline said it is providing options such as free rebooking, travel fund, and a full refund.
