The Central Luzon Transport & Trade Conference 2024 set on May 24 at Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort in Clark, Pampanga will feature the region’s attraction as a logistics hub and a strategic destination for investors.

Themed “Harnessing Logistics for Sustainable Growth,” the conference and exhibit focuses on three sub-themes: infrastructure; key logistics trends; and trade facilitation initiatives

Conference speakers will discuss the rapid growth of Central Luzon, its suitable location and infrastructure as a multimodal logistics hub, underpinned by Clark Freeport and Subic Bay as prime destinations for local and foreign investors.

The region is home to Clark International Airport, which serves 19 airlines connecting Luzon to 19 domestic and 14 international destinations, making it a driver for economic growth and key contributor to the tourism industry.

In Subic port, the New Container Terminals 1 and 2 have an annual capacity of 600,000 twenty-foot equivalent units. The terminals cater to more than a dozen weekly services and major shipping lines.

The event is a sequel to the successful 2023 edition held at the Clark International Airport attended by over 300 government and private sector executives with multiple trade exhibitors.
