Amid heightened concerns over the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak in the Philippines, the Supply Chain Trilogy (SCT) announced that the Cold Chain Summit on March 18 and Supply Chain Conference on March 19 at the BGC Arts Center, Taguig City have been postponed until further notice.

“As President [Rodrigo] Duterte declares a nationwide state of public health emergency, we commit to exercise utmost prudence and to follow necessary protective measures such as postponing mass gatherings to restrain the spreading of the virus for the general public’s safety,” SCT organizers said in a statement.

“We genuinely apologize for the inconvenience brought by this decision, but we’re also grateful for your understanding and cooperation in this challenging time,” they added.

The organizers said admission fee for the Cold Chain Summit is non-refundable but will be carried over as payment for the future schedule of the event, still to be announced.
