Customs commissioner Alberto Lina (right) recently inducted into office new Confederation of Truckers Association of the Philippines (CTAP) president Mario Yap. Yap will lead the trucking association for the remaining months of term 2015-2017. Yap is currently president of Manila North Harbor Truckers Association, Inc. and was previously vice president for Internal Affairs of CTAP.
