Cargo Data Exchange Center (CDEC) recently conducted an onsite demo of the web-based empty container return system at the Manila International Container Terminal office of the Confederation of Truckers Association of the Philippines (CTAP). Attendees were shown a preview of the “GPS Tracker” — a mobile app for Android phones –part of the system’s features.
