Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) has relocated two main facilities in Metro Manila – its Manila Gateway and Worldwide Service Center – to enhance customer accessibility and strengthen logistics services near the country’s primary aviation hub, Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

The FedEx Worldwide Service Center is now situated just minutes from NAIA Terminals 1 to 4, providing travelers and businesses with more convenient access to international shipping services.

The facility offers faster and more efficient shipping options for excess baggage, souvenirs, and time-sensitive parcels, catering to a broad customer base that includes travelers, e-commerce merchants, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and large corporations engaged in both business-to-consumer and business-to-business cross-border trade.

Meanwhile, the FedEx Manila Gateway has been relocated to the SM Asinan Warehouse Complex in La Huerta, Parañaque City, where it will continue to support the company’s logistics operations across Metro Manila, including the handling of specialized shipments.

The Manila gateway complements FedEx’s existing facility in Clark, strengthening the company’s nationwide logistics network.

“We’re enabling Philippine businesses to scale globally with confidence and enhancing the end-to-end experience for exporters and importers. By expanding our presence in the high-access NAIA hub, we’re helping customers benefit from faster, more seamless connectivity,” Maribeth Espinosa, managing director of FedEx Philippines, said in a press release.

To further improve customer accessibility, FedEx also expanded its FedEx authorized ship centers to more than 300 locations across the Philippines.

These centers are designed to provide greater convenience while supporting seamless international deliveries and returns.

The company said these facilities also provide digital tools that allow Philippine businesses to reach global customers more quickly and efficiently.
