AC Logistics Holdings Corp. has been tapped by sister Ayala-owned company Globe Telecom as warehousing and distribution operations partner nationwide.
The collaboration was marked by the launch of Globe’s warehousing and distribution operations at AC Logistics’ MCX Warehouse in Muntinlupa.
“This partnership strengthens a critical part of our operation, ensuring that Globe products reach our customers and partners with consistency and speed,” Globe chief finance officer, treasurer, and chief risk officer Carlo Juan Puno said in a statement.
“With AC Logistics, we gain a trusted partner who supports our mission to deliver reliable service where it matters most,” Puno added.
Under the tie-up, AC Logistics now serves as Globe’s preferred warehousing partner, managing the storage, handling, and dispatch of the latter’s trade materials, SIMs, devices, and retail collaterals to channels and partners across the country.
AC Logistics’ MCX facility serves as a strategic hub for Globe, enabling efficient delivery to Metro Manila and the Cavite-Laguna-Batangas-Rizal-Quezon region while supporting nationwide distribution routes.
Designed for high-volume, high-accuracy operations, the MCX Warehouse handles inbound receiving, storage, inventory management, and outbound distribution for Globe’s trade operations. This support ensures store readiness, faster fulfillment of orders from distributors and channels, and improved product availability for customers, AC Logistics noted.
“We are honored to serve Globe and support their mission of creating a connected and digitally empowered Philippines,” AC Logistics president and chief executive officer Erry Hardianto said.
“Our role is to ensure their supply chain moves with precision, reliability, and the agility required by a nationwide operation,” he added.
AC Logistics president for contact logistics and national distribution Irma Diaz-Guevara said: “Supporting Globe’s nationwide operations allows us to demonstrate the optimized strength of AC Logistics’ contract logistics and national distribution capabilities.”
