Infocentric Solutions Inc. and Shipsy have entered into a partnership to deploy artificial intelligence-driven logistics solutions in the Philippines, aiming to help enterprises improve operational efficiency and competitiveness.

The collaboration seeks to enable logistics teams to transition from fragmented, manual processes to integrated, outcome-led operations by combining Infocentric’s capabilities in systems integration, infrastructure, and data governance with Shipsy’s AI-native platform.

Under the partnership, organizations will gain access to a unified system designed to orchestrate end-to-end logistics functions, including planning, execution, settlements, and analytics, Shipsy said in a press release.

The move comes as demand for scalable logistics solutions rises alongside the Philippines’ expanding e-commerce sector and broader economic growth. Enterprises continue to grapple with legacy systems, fragmented distribution networks across the archipelago, and increasing last-mile delivery costs.

With the country’s digital economy projected to reach $150 billion by 2030, companies are ramping up investments in platforms that enhance operational visibility and reduce reliance on manual processes.

Shipsy recently introduced AgentFleet, an AI-native suite of purpose-built agents designed to automate operational tasks across customer experience, financial processes, and network coordination, enabling enterprises to replace manual workflows with automated execution.

“This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to help organizations manage logistics with greater precision and agility,” said Edler Panlilio, president and CEO of the Centric Group. “By aligning enterprise systems and infrastructure with an AI-native platform, we enable leaders to make informed decisions across every mile of operations.”

“This collaboration allows organizations to connect their existing systems and data environments with Shipsy’s AI-native platform, moving from reactive operations to proactive execution and control,” said Josh Redillas, Shipsy practice lead at Infocentric.

Soham Chokshi, co-founder and CEO of Shipsy, said the Philippines presents strong potential for AI adoption in logistics.

“The Philippines is an innovative market ready to adopt AI at its core. We look forward to combining our global experience with Infocentric’s local expertise to unlock new efficiencies,” Chokshi said.
