Transport Management Workshop
This is an abbreviated version of an earlier 2-day seminar. The present version is for half a day, making use of two of the original seminar’s resource speakers.
Workshop topics include a comprehensive overview of transport, from a primer on the principles and modes of distribution, the pros and cons of land, air and sea transportation, and how to manage your transport operations so they perform optimally.
Resource speakers are:
- Ike Castillo is the current president of Fast Logistics Corp, and is a former president of SCMAP. He has previously worked for Avon, James Hardie, Zuellig Pharma, Nestle and Del Monte. A graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University, he is a professor for the De La Salle University’s post graduate certificate course in supply chain management.
- Corazon Curay has over thirty years of experience in supply chain management, first with Coca-Cola and San Miguel, and now as head of XVC Logistics. A former president of SCMAP, she is currently the organization’s vice president. She is a registered chemical engineer and an MBA candidate of De La Salle University.
