MacroAsia Corp., through its majority-owned subsidiary MacroAsia Airport Services Corporation (MASCORP), has started constructing a new six-story headquarters in Parañaque City dedicated to its aviation services operations.
The facility, which broke ground on January 16, will rise on a MASCORP-owned property along Sunrise Street, Barangay Tambo, MacroAsia said in a statement.
With a total gross floor area of more than 8,600 square meters, the headquarters is designed to consolidate the administrative, operational, and executive offices of MacroAsia’s aviation services business units. It will also house the MacroAsia Group’s shared services center that is being developed, creating a centralized hub for groupwide support functions.
The project represents a P400 million investment, funded through a financing facility with Security Bank, and is targeted for completion by March 2027.
Once operational, MacroAsia said the facility will enhance support for MASCORP’s operations at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and will offer office spaces for third party leasing, providing potential long term revenue opportunities.
MASCORP is 80% owned by MacroAsia and 20% by Konoike Transport Co., Ltd.
The ground handling provider offers passenger services, ramp operations, baggage and cargo handling, ground support equipment maintenance, and other terminal services, serving both local and international airlines across 22 airport stations nationwide.
