PAL flies Clark to Siargao, Basco daily by May 1

Philippine Airlines (PAL) will fly from Clark to Siargao and Basco daily beginning May 1 to provide travelers greater flexibility in traveling between Central Luzon and the tourist hubs of Siargao Island and Batanes province.

Currently, PAL operates three weekly flights between Clark and Siargao and four weekly flights between Clark and Basco.

Until May 1, the airline is offering three weekly flights from Clark to Siargao departing every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 10:35am and 1:10pm from Siargao.

And until May 1, four weekly flights from Clark are on offer, departing every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 10:35am and 12:40pm from Basco.

“Looking forward to the peak summer season, we are eager to invite more travelers to embark on unforgettable leisure and cultural adventures in Basco and Siargao by flying any day of the week on our direct flights from Clark International Airport,” PAL Express president Rabbi Vincent Ang said in a statement.

“These new daily services demonstrate Philippine Airlines’ commitment to boost Philippine tourism in ways that support our nation’s vibrant local neighborhoods and business communities,” Ang added.

In addition to ramping up flights to Siargao and Basco, the flag carrier likewise started daily services between Clark and Busuanga last March 1, and launched the first-ever nonstop Cebu-Catarman services, initially offering three weekly flights starting March 4.
