Philippine Airlines (PAL) topped Asia Pacific carriers for on-time performance (OTP) in November 2025, extending its lead in regional punctuality rankings to a fourth consecutive month, according to data from aviation analytics firm Cirium.
The Philippine flag carrier recorded an 84.67% OTP rating for November, making it the most punctual airline in the Asia Pacific region during the month.
Cirium, a London-based aviation analytics company, tracks airline and airport punctuality worldwide and serves as a key industry benchmark for operational reliability.
PAL’s November showing capped four straight months at the top of the Asia Pacific punctuality rankings.
The airline posted OTP ratings of 89.37% in August, 90.47% in September, and 86.37% in October 2025, underscoring sustained operational performance during the latter part of the year.
Cirium defines an on-time flight as one that arrives at the gate within 15 minutes of its scheduled arrival time, a standard industry metric that reflects both passenger expectations and airlines’ compliance with airport slot requirements.

“We thank our flight and ground operations teams, engineers, and maintenance service partners for their collective efforts anchored on PAL’s mission to provide a safe, reliable, and pleasant travel experience exceeding passenger expectations,” he added.

Its hubs in Manila, Cebu, Clark, and Davao connect 31 domestic destinations and 39 international routes across Asia, North America, Australia, and the Middle East.
PAL also provides air cargo and charter services.
