PASIA Shared Services has partnered with Quotable AI to help modernize how suppliers engage with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in managing quotations and business-to-business engagements.
Quotable AI is an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered operating system originally built and tested in the Philippine market and now available globally. It is a quote-to-payment operating system for modern B2B commerce, designed for how SMEs operate.
PASIA Shared Services is the solutions and services arm of Procurement and Supply Institute of Asia (PASIA).
Today, many suppliers are forced to coordinate through fragmented tools like spreadsheets, emails, and messaging platforms, which slow down response times and reduce visibility. Quotable AI brings these interactions into a single system, enabling suppliers to submit quotations more efficiently, collaborate seamlessly with buyers, and gain clearer insight into operations status, PASIA and Quotable AI said in a joint statement.
By streamlining sourcing and communication, suppliers can strengthen relationships with SMEs, reduce administrative overhead, and position themselves as more responsive and competitive partners.
“This partnership represents a major step forward in our mission to empower suppliers and SMEs with smarter and more efficient ways to modernize quotations. Through this collaboration with Quotable AI, we can deliver transformative solutions that reduce costs, improve compliance, and accelerate traditional workflows,” PASIA Shared Services chairman and chief executive officer Charlie Villaseñor said.
For his part, Quotable AI co-founder and CEO Carlo Silvia said: “Suppliers often spend hours coordinating quotations and responses across email threads and spreadsheets. Quotable AI brings these workflows into one structured system so teams can move faster and operate with better visibility. Partnering with PASIA allows us to introduce these capabilities to organizations across Asia and beyond.”
Quotable AI has features that include a centralized request for quote (RFQ) and management, allowing suppliers to receive RFQs from multiple organizations in one place, and respond to RFQs through a secure link without creating accounts or adopting new software.
Quotable AI can also automatically extract and structure data from key business documents including quotes, invoices, purchase orders, payments, and bills of materials, reducing manual encoding, improving accuracy, and speeding up transaction processing.
Suppliers can receive payments directly through the built-in Quotable Wallet, via InstaPay or PESONet, ensuring faster and more reliable settlement. Quotable AI also connects with existing financial systems, allowing organizations to modernize supplier collaboration without replacing their enterprise resource planning infrastructure.
Through this partnership, PASIA Shared Services said it will introduce Quotable AI to its network of procurement professionals, helping accelerate the digital transformation of business operations across the region.
