Philindo Logistics, a Southeast Asian logistics provider, has recently transformed its operations by implementing Logi-Sys, a cloud-based logistics management software.

Logi-Sys is a product of Softlink Global, an enterprise solutions provider in the market for three decades.

Philindo said it chose the cloud-based logistics software for its comprehensive features, ease of use, and scalability.

The Logi-Sys software, according to Philindo, has revolutionized the company’s operations, automating manual tasks and providing real-time visibility across their logistics processes.

“Implementing Logi-Sys has been a game-changer for our operations. The platform’s intuitive interface and powerful features have allowed us to streamline our workflows, reduce errors, and significantly improve our responsiveness to customer needs. We’re now able to offer a level of service that will soon set us apart in the market,” said Philindo Logistics managing director Oliver Apollo Osias in a statement.

The implementation of Logi-Sys has automated Philindo’s processes for shipment tracking, billing, and document management; allowes for a centralized platform for streamlined workflows and reduced manual errors; provided real-time data and reporting capabilities for informed decision-making; and enhanced customer satisfaction through the Customer Visibility Portal.

The portal enables Philindo’s clients to track shipments, review document statuses, and receive real-time updates independently, fostering greater transparency in their relationships.

“We’re thrilled to see the positive impact Logi-Sys has had on Philindo Logistics’ operations. Our goal has always been to provide logistics companies with the tools they need to thrive in the digital era. Philindo’s success story is a testament to the power of our solution and the potential it holds for the entire logistics industry in Southeast Asia and beyond,” said Pushkar Mantri, AVP-Business Development at Softlink Global.
