PMTLAI signingThe Philippine Multimodal Transport and Logistics Association, Inc. (PMTLAI) and OOCL Philippines recently signed a memorandum of agreement allowing PMTLAI member companies to pay the shipping line online through BDO. The facility is made possible by the PMTLAI e-Cargo Link platform powered by InterCommerce Network Services, Inc., one of the value-added service providers of the Bureau of Customs. Other shipping lines and banks are expected to sign up soon. The agreement takes effect on February 21.
