This year’s Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines (SCMAP) 2023 Supply Chain Conference (SCC23) gathers key industry leaders, policymakers and stakeholders to explore supply chain’s role in driving transformation.

Themed “We are one supply chain setting transformation in motion”, the conference on September 21-22 at Edsa Shangri-la Manila highlights supply chain’s “critical role in elevating companies, industries and countries to great success” at a “time of transformation and evolution,” according to SCMAP.

“We turn to industry leaders and policy makers to discuss how we can move to the front and unlock new opportunities as we reimagine how we deliver value to our customers, partners and stakeholders,” the association added.

“Now, as the global economy resumes some semblance of normal after the pandemic – and as it sees both potentially disruptive threats and new opportunities that can lead to yet another leap for humanity – it is supply chains that hold the key to setting transformation in motion.”

Key SCC23 topics for discussion are:

  • Transformational Strategy for the Philippine Supply Chain Industry
  • What Successful Logistics Transformation Will Look Like in the Philippines
  • Future-Proofing Supply Chains: Diversification. Decarbonisation. Digitalisation.
  • Staying Ahead of Evolving Supply Chain Risks
  •  Empowering Supply Chains Through Technology and People
  • Fostering End-to-End Supply Chain Sustainability

Now in its 32nd year, the SCMAP Supply Chain Conference is the most prestigious event in Philippine supply chain. The event has long attracted key players across the supply chain, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, logistics service providers, and other allied sectors.

SCC23’s objectives are to provide delegates to explore the bigger picture, understand the far-reaching impact of the profession, and hopefully compel stakeholders to work towards a more competitive supply chain.

The conference and exhibition also fosters networking and collaboration.
