Cebu_containersIntra-Asia carrier SITC will launch a new service that will connect South China with Cebu port starting April.

CPX4 will have a rotation of Quanzhou-Hong Kong-Shekou-Manila North-Manila South-Cebu-Quanzhou. The maiden call in Cebu will be on April 14.

In an advisory, SITC said CPX4 will “expand the service range and density between China and the Philippines, and continually provide a line service of high frequency and density in intra-Asia.”

Aside from the ports of Cebu and Manila, the shipping line also has vessel calls to Subic and Batangas ports, which connect to China, Japan, Korea, Thailand and Vietnam.

In September last year, SITC Logistics Philippines was opened offering international freight forwarding, FCL/LCL cargo logistics, and ocean shipping logistics services.

As of 2014, SITC operates 66 vessels covering a service network of 10 countries and regions, 51 major ports, and 53 trade lanes.
