Yusen Logistics Solutions Indonesia has obtained Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) license for its warehouse in MM2100 Industrial Town, Jakarta, Indonesia.
The license for Yusen Logistics Solutions Indonesia Warehouse No. 1 located in MM2100 Industrial Town was obtained in December 2019.
The industrial town is a logistics hub offering good access to Jakarta, the Port of Tanjung Priok, and Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, according to a company release on February 21, 2020.
And with the planned opening of a highway from Port of Tanjung Priok to the industrial park, “the industrial town is expected to expand further,” said Yusen.
“With the license, we store export cargos in addition to import cargos in the PLB area. And the storage period in conventional bonded warehouses was up to 2 years, but in the PLB area is now up to 3 years,” it added.
The warehouse is about 12,600 square meters, with the PLB area, with an opening date of January 2020, measuring about 7,800 square meters.
