The Bureau of Customs has reassigned three of its legal officers under a new Customs Personnel Order (CPO).
Under CPO No. B-121-2026 signed by Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno on June 18, 2026, and approved by Finance Secretary Frederick Go on June 23, 2026, Atty. Jonathan A. Mengullo moves from Chief of the Accounts Management Office under the Post Clearance Audit Group to Chief of the Collection Division at the Manila International Container Port.
Atty. Christopher S. Dy Buco transitions from Acting Chief of the Prosecution and Litigation Division under the Legal Service’s Revenue Collection Monitoring Group — with a concurrent post at the Post Clearance Audit Group — to Acting Chief of the Accounts Management Office under the Post Clearance Audit Group, with a concurrent designation at the Compliance Assessment Office of the same group.
Atty. Stanley C. Zambarrano moves from the Prosecution and Litigation Division of the Legal Service’s Revenue Collection Monitoring Group, where he also held a concurrent post at the Office of the Commissioner, to Acting Chief of the same Prosecution and Litigation Division at the SG-24 level.
The order takes effect immediately and remains in force until revoked.
