Bureau of Customs (BOC) deputy commissioner for Internal Administration (IAG) Emmanuel Luis Licup has been reassigned as deputy commissioner for Intelligence Group (IG).

Licup will replace Romeo Allan Rosales, who reportedly resigned from his post recently.

BOC Administration Office director John Simon will replace Licup as officer-n-charge of IAG, concurrent to his current position, according to a personnel order dated April 20, signed by Customs commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno and Finance secretary Frederick Go.

Licup, a retired police major general, previously held various positions with the Philippine National Police and a member of the Philippine Military Academy Class 1987.

Simon, meanwhile, has been in government service for more than 30 years and has handled various positions, including district collector and head of the External Affairs Office.
