Cebu Pacific has canceled all flights to and from Dubai through the end of May, marking the airline’s latest step to withdraw from Middle East operations as regional security issues remain unresolved.
In Advisory No. 12 issued as of April 23, 2026, the airline said it continues to assess its operations in the region, noting that the situation remains fluid and may prompt further schedule adjustments.

Affected passengers have been notified by email and given three options through the Manage Booking portal on the airline’s website:
- a free rebooking without fare difference for travel within 30 days of the original flight date, with fare differences applying for travel beyond that window;
- a travel fund credit stored in a virtual CEB wallet usable for future flights or add-ons such as baggage and seat selection;
- or a full cash refund of the ticket.
Cebu Pacific urged affected travelers to check their flight status at cebupacificair.com/flight-status, ensure their contact information is current with the airline, and monitor updates through its official social media channels.
The suspension adds Cebu Pacific to a growing list of carriers cutting or scaling back Middle East services. Cathay Pacific has separately suspended passenger flights to Dubai and Riyadh until June 30, while HK Express has trimmed approximately 6% of its total frequencies through the same period.
