Chelsea Logistics & Infrastructure Holdings Corp. (CLC) has become the first shipping company to receive a Shipping Online Ticketing System (SOTS) Compliance Digital Certificate from the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA).

The certificate, No. SOTS-2026-01, was issued to Chelsea Logistics and its passenger shipping subsidiaries, Trans-Asia Shipping Lines Inc., Starlite Ferries Inc., and The SuperCat Fast Ferry Corp., CLC announced.

The certification confirms the group’s compliance with MARINA Memorandum Circular No. DS-2026-01, which covers the implementation of the SOTS for passenger shipping services.

With the certification, passengers using Trans-Asia, Starlite Ferries and SuperCat routes can access digital booking services across the group’s operations.

Chelsea Logistics also qualifies for a 100% discount on its Annual Tonnage Fee from 2027 through 2029 under MARINA’s incentive program for compliance with the digital ticketing requirements.
