FedEx Philippines has been recognized as one of HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026, extending its streak to four consecutive years.
The company also received three special category awards: the People Transformation Award, Sustainable Workplace Award, and Tech Empowerment Award.
Organized by HR Asia, a publication for human resource professionals in the Asia-Pacific region, the awards program evaluates companies using its proprietary Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM), which measures employee engagement, workplace culture and human resource practices.
The Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate strong employee engagement, workplace culture and HR practices.
The People Transformation Award recognizes organizations that continue to evolve their HR frameworks in response to changing workforce needs.
The Sustainable Workplace Award recognizes companies that integrate sustainability and environmentally conscious practices into the workplace and employee experience, while the Tech Empowerment Award recognizes organizations that use digital and technological innovations to empower employees and enhance HR practices.
“We are honored to receive these recognitions, which are a reflection of our people’s commitment to the Purple Promise of making every FedEx experience outstanding,” Garrick Thompson, FedEx Philippines managing director, said in a statement.
“The Purple Promise is not just a commitment we make to our customers, but to our team members as well. We are intentionally building a workplace where our talent doesn’t just adapt to change, they lead it. Whether through cutting-edge digital tools, continuous upskilling, or meaningful sustainability initiatives, we are dedicated to fostering an environment where every employee can innovate and thrive,” he added.
FedEx Philippines was also recently awarded Great Place to Work certification and received three recognitions at the 2026 HR Excellence Awards for cross-generational workforce engagement, performance management evolution and retention strategy.
