Prestige Warehousing and Logistics Inc. (PWL) has secured a 1.2-hectare site at West Cebu Estate, strengthening its logistics and supply chain presence in the province of Cebu.
“Set to operate from within West Cebu Estate’s integrated ecosystem of services and infrastructure, the facility is positioned to make cargo movement more efficient and expand logistics options for companies in Cebu and beyond,” Aboitiz Economic Estates, operator of the West Cebu Estate, said in an announcement.
The family-owned PWL, headquartered in Mandaue City, Cebu, is ISO-certified. It provides services on import-export, brokerage, trucking, and warehousing.
West Cebu Estate is a 540-hectare industrial hub that is registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. Located in the coastal town of Balamban, it is known as the Shipbuilding Capital of the Philippines and has become a thriving hub for industrial growth.
Established in 1992, the estate is a collaboration between the Aboitiz Group and Japan’s Tsuneishi Holdings. It hosts a variety of global enterprises, employing over 14,000 skilled Filipinos across medium to heavy industries.

The special economic zone’s 39-hectare expansion in recent years offers lot sizes ranging from 8,700 to 51,000 square meters, and is tailored for a diverse range of industries, catering specifically to light to medium manufacturing industries.
