International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) recently opened its shared services company (SSC), ICTSI Asia Pacific Business Services, Inc. (APBS). APBS was established to deliver business process outsourcing and other related services to subsidiaries and affiliates of the ICTSI Group in the Asia-Pacific Region, as well as other clients worldwide. Coronel (left), APBS general manager, and Jose Manuel M. De Jesus, ICTSI vice president for business development–Asia. APBS, located at 5 Ecom in Pasay City, will operate as a separate support organization to provide cost-efficient services to ICTSI’s business units. More importantly, it will streamline business processes, enable best practices, create operational efficiencies and deliver a superior customer experience. ICTSI is a port management company involved in the operation and development of marine terminals and port projects worldwide.
