The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) jointly hosted an investor briefing to present new opportunities for locators and developers in New Clark City.

The event is part of a memorandum of agreement between PEZA and BCDA, designed to streamline investment facilitation and create a seamless ecosystem for businesses, PEZA said in a statement. The partnership leverages BCDA’s expertise in master planning and infrastructure development alongside PEZA’s regulatory and investor support services.

PEZA director general Tereso Panga emphasized that New Clark City’s strategic location within the Luzon Economic Corridor (LEC), coupled with its world-class infrastructure, makes it an attractive destination for global investors. “We are opening more opportunities for sustainable, high-growth investments that will generate jobs and strengthen the country’s competitiveness,” Panga said.

BCDA president and CEO Joshua Bingcang added that the collaboration ensures a seamless end-to-end process for investors, from site selection to operations. He highlighted New Clark City’s role as a flagship development under the LEC, designed to foster industries, innovation, and sustainable growth.

The briefing also featured testimonials from existing locators, including StB Giga Factory, Inc., the country’s first advanced lithium iron phosphate battery plant. Attendees toured Hann Reserve and Vista Country Club, showcasing New Clark City’s readiness to host mixed-use developments, luxury tourism estates, and future-ready business communities.

As of December 2025, five PEZA-registered ecozones in the Clark area host 24 locator companies, with cumulative investments exceeding ₱62 billion and employing over 29,000 Filipinos.
