The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) has registered AF Precision Components Inc. (APCI) as a new ecozone logistics service enterprise, expanding supply chain support for export-oriented manufacturers in the Cavite Economic Zone (CEZ).
APCI, a distributor of industrial fasteners, hardware, and precision components sourced from American and German manufacturers, will establish its operations in the Cavite Economic Zone to provide logistics and supply chain services to export enterprises.
The company will invest P7.65 million in the project and is expected to employ five workers initially, with its workforce projected to grow to an average of 25 as operations expand.
PEZA said APCI is projected to generate average annual exports of approximately US$545,000, strengthening the supply chain capabilities of PEZA-registered enterprises.
The registration agreement was signed on July 29, 2026 by PEZA director general Tereso Panga and APCI president Janice Choa at the PEZA Investment and Corporate Center. The signing was witnessed by PEZA deputy director general for operations Vivian Santos and APCI chief operating officer and treasurer Dennis Choa.
Welcoming the investment, Panga said the registration will boost the country’s industrial competitiveness.
“The entry of APCI is another major step forward in reinforcing our economic zones as premium hubs for high-value and advanced manufacturing. By bringing world-class industrial components and precision hardware directly to our locators, we are driving down lead times, enhancing production efficiency, and solidifying the integration of our electronics, automotive, and semiconductor supply chains,” he said.
“This collaboration perfectly aligns with our ongoing commitment to offer a ‘red-carpet treatment’ for investors under the CREATE MORE Act, transforming the Philippines into a self-sustaining and globally competitive export powerhouse,” Panga added.
PEZA said APCI’s presence will improve access to critical production inputs for companies operating in the electronics, semiconductor, automotive, telecommunications, metal fabrication, and advanced manufacturing industries, helping ensure more efficient and reliable supply chains within its economic zones.
