AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp.’s (ALLHC) Artico Cold Chain has secured ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications covering its seven cold storage facilities in the Philippines.
The certifications, formally received on September 16, recognize Artico’s quality management and environmental management systems for its cold storage operations, ALLHC announced.
ISO 9001:2015 covers quality management systems, including processes for maintaining service quality, meeting customer requirements and improving operational efficiency.
ISO 14001:2015 covers environmental management systems, including resource use and management of environmental impacts.
The certifications cover Artico’s seven facilities across six locations: two in Biñan (Laguna), and one each in Santo Tomas (Batangas), Mabalacat (Pampanga), Urdaneta (Pangasinan), Santa Barbara (Iloilo), and Mandaue (Cebu).
Artico said its sustainability measures include improving energy and water efficiency, increasing the use of renewable energy and strengthening refrigerant management.
The facilities provide temperature-controlled storage for industries including food and dairy, fresh meat and seafood, agricultural produce and pharmaceutical products.
Artico operates under the ALogis Artico brand of ALLHC, Ayala Land’s industrial real estate and logistics arm. ALLHC expanded into cold storage through the ALogis Artico brand and has continued to add facilities to its network.
In the first quarter of 2026, ALLHC’s cold storage revenues reached P118 million, surging 157% year-on-year, as utilization ramped up across facilities.

The business is also part of the broader Ayala logistics ecosystem, which includes AC Logistics, Ayala Corp.’s dedicated vehicle for logistics-sector investments. AC Logistics has its own cold-chain investment through GMAC Logitech Refrigeration Corp., a joint venture with Glacier Megafridge.
