The Department of Agriculture (DA), through its Export Development Office, officially launched the Agri-Export Help Desk on January 16, 2026, positioning it as a one-stop platform to streamline services and provide timely assistance to stakeholders in the agricultural export sector.
Designed to strengthen inter-agency coordination, the initiative brings together key DA agencies to address regulatory and operational concerns of exporters through a unified communication channel.
The DA said the help desk is intended to improve service delivery by simplifying processes and facilitating faster resolution of export-related issues.
More than a process improvement measure, the Agri-Export Help Desk is envisioned as a bridge between private stakeholders and DA regulatory agencies, reinforcing the department’s commitment to enhancing agricultural export services through an integrated platform.
The initiative was formalized through DA Memorandum Order No. 09, Series of 2025, titled “Establishment of the Agri-Export Help Desk.” Operational support is further reinforced by DA Special Order No. 363, Series of 2025, as amended by Special Orders No. 1862 and 1961, which designate permanent and alternate focal persons from each participating agency.
The DA said exporters may raise agri-export related concerns through the Agri-Export Help Desk via email at agriexport.helpdesk@da.gov.ph.
