The company, a part of the Lina Group, is marking its 21 years of operations
GO21 Logistics now has a live chat feature in its upgraded mobile application that improves customer experience and enables faster deliveries.
Grounded in the company’s commitment to modernization and customer satisfaction, GO21 launched the new feature under the GO21 Logistics mobile application during its 21st founding anniversary celebration on June 19.
The live chat allows direct and real time communication between GO21’s rider and consignee while also ensuring data privacy and security.
This upgrade also integrates seamless in-app calls, a real-time live chat interface, and instant location sharing into a single mobile experience, allowing for faster deliveries.
During the launch, GO21 chief technology officer Jomar Tinga said with all these features, the company is “one step closer to full deployment” of the new and improved GO21 mobile app, which is now available in the Apple App Store and in the Google Play Store.
“By enhancing data privacy, security, and delivery transparency, GO21 Logistics continues to strengthen its position as a trusted and innovative logistics partner,” the company said in a statement.
“GO21 Logistics is proud to usher in a vibrant, new and modern era of Philippine logistics. We are transforming the way our nation moves, bridging distances by trailblazing innovation while keeping the irreplaceable warmth of the Filipino spirit building a fearless, bold and interconnected future where no destination is too far and no dream is out of reach,” GO21 president Alma Rias said in a speech during the anniversary celebration.
GO21 also recognized its top five accounts for their vital role in the company’s 21-year journey, composed of some of the country’s biggest bank: Bank of the Philippine Islands, Union Bank of the Philippines, Philippine National Bank, Metropolitan Bank and Trust Co., and EastWest Bank.
The celebration also paid tribute to the late Alberto Lina, founder of GO21 and its parent firm, Lina Group of Companies, and GO21 co-founder and chairperson Sylvia Lina.
GO21 was founded 21 years ago by Alberto to help bicyclists earn an extra source of income. After being a traditional courier services company, GO21 in 2022 diversified its services to include supply chain solutions.
Rias said they “increased technology, upgraded our infrastructure, and transformed GO21 Logistics into a modern, dynamic, and resilient logistics partner capable of navigating the complex last mile demands of today’s market demand economy.”
“With 21 years of experience in the industry, we are eager to enter the future of modern logistics in the Philippines and ready for elevated standards of our industry, and champion the limitless potential of the Filipino people,” she said.— Roumina Pablo
