PAL resumes Manila-Doha flights on July 1

  • Philippine Airlines is resuming its flights between Manila and Doha, Qatar effective July 1, following recent developments in the Middle East region
  • Flights will be four times weekly: Leaving Manila Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday at 7 p.m.; and from Doha Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, at 1:30 a.m.
  • PAL in a June 4 advisory said it continues to “closely monitor the situation and will restore full capacity as conditions allow”, with updates to be communicated to affected passengers accordingly
  • Fights between Manila and Dubai have also been suspended until August 2 while fights to Riyadh had already resumed last April 10

Philippine Airlines (PAL) is resuming its flights between Manila and Doha, Qatar effective July 1 following recent developments in the Middle East region.

The following flights will operate four times weekly with the following schedules:

  • PR 684 Manila-Doha – every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, departing Manila at 7:00 p.m. and arriving in Doha at 11:40 p.m.
  • PR 685 Doha-Manila – every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, departing Doha at 1:30 a.m. and arriving in Manila at 4:50 p.m.

PAL earlier suspended flights between Manila and Doha until June 30 due to the Middle East conflict. Flights between Manila and Dubai have also been suspended until August 2. Flights to Riyadh, meanwhile, had already resumed last April 10.

PAL in a June 4 advisory said it continues to “closely monitor the situation and will restore full capacity as conditions allow”, with updates to be communicated to affected passengers accordingly.

“We remain committed to connecting our customers to their destinations safely, reliably, and responsibly. The safety and well-being of our passengers and crew remain our foremost priority,” PAL said.

PAL earlier said it has secured sufficient jet fuel supply to support scheduled operations, including long-haul flights, for the foreseeable future.
