Cebu Pacific will resume its Dubai operations on July 2, 2026 after safety assessments and coordination with Dubai airport authorities.

The Manila-Dubai-Manila (5J 14/15) will operate four times weekly, scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Passengers with cancelled flights to and from Dubai may start rebooking their flights, the low-cost carrier said in an advisory.

Cebu Pacific temporarily suspended flights to Dubai in early March due to security issues brought by the Middle East conflict.

Dubai Airports also limited its operations in early March. Early this May, the United Arab Emirates’ Civil Aviation Authority said all air operations have returned to “normal status” across its airspace.

Cebu Pacific, meanwhile, continues to operate four times weekly flights between Manila and Riyadh every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Riyadh to Manila flights are scheduled every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Aside from flights to the Middle East, Cebu Pacific also implemented temporary network adjustments, including frequency reductions and flight cancellations, for international flights. The adjustment was driven by the impact of the crisis on global fuel prices as a result of the Middle East conflict.

In an earlier separate statement, Cebu Pacific said it implemented measured fare adjustments and surcharges across parts of the network in response to fuel price pressures. In April, the airline felt the impact of the crisis as demand softened, resulting in a 0.7% year-on-year drop in passenger traffic flown during the period.

Cebu Pacific said it has since recalibrated pricing, including rolling out targeted seat sales, with early indications of a booking recovery emerging in late April and May booking trends.
