Philippine Airlines (PAL) will resume non-stop service between Manila and Dubai on October 2, 2026, operating four flights a week as the carrier restores a key Middle East route suspended amid regional tensions.
Flights PR 658 and PR 659 will operate every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The Manila-bound departure leaves Dubai at 7:45 pm, arriving in Manila at 9:10 am the following day. The outbound flight departs Manila at 12:50 pm and lands in Dubai at 6:00 pm.
To mark the return of the route, PAL is offering an introductory all-in round-trip fare starting at US$650 for a limited period, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
The Philippine flag carrier said it is continuing to monitor conditions in the Middle East and will restore full capacity on the route as conditions allow. Affected passengers will be notified of updates as they become available.
